Can an Eos Worldwide franchisee induce strategic partners of Eos Worldwide or other franchisees to affiliate with them?

According to the 2025 Eos Worldwide Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are prohibited from inducing strategic partners of Eos Worldwide or other franchisees to affiliate with their business. This restriction is in place to protect the relationships and goodwill within the Eos Worldwide franchise system.

This means that as an Eos Worldwide franchisee, you cannot actively solicit or encourage strategic partners, clients, referral sources, or brokers of either Eos Worldwide itself or other Eos Worldwide franchisees to associate with your franchise. This includes any attempts to persuade these parties to terminate their existing relationships with Eos Worldwide or its franchisees. The aim is to prevent franchisees from disrupting established networks and potentially harming the overall business interests of the franchise system.

The FDD specifies that franchisees are not allowed to solicit or divert Eos Worldwide clients to competitors or competing businesses. Additionally, franchisees must not perform any actions that could be detrimental to the goodwill associated with Eos Worldwide, its affiliates, trademarks, or intellectual property. These measures are designed to maintain the integrity and stability of the Eos Worldwide brand and franchise network.

However, the agreement does allow franchisees to continue engaging with clients for services unrelated to EOS, provided these services do not utilize Eos Worldwide's trademarks, copyrights, or intellectual property, and were offered before the termination of the agreement. This exception allows franchisees to maintain existing business relationships outside the scope of the Eos Worldwide franchise, as long as they do not conflict with the franchise agreement.
