What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Eos Worldwide Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must discontinue selling or offering for sale any items and services that Eos Worldwide disapproves of in writing at any time. This requirement is in place to ensure a consistent experience for all EOS Clients. Eos Worldwide formulates and modifies its Franchise System Standards based on the collective experience of its franchisees, affiliates, employees, and principals. These standards are communicated in the Operations Manual or in writing, designating approved brands, types, compositions, performance standards, qualities, or suppliers for services and products.

Eos Worldwide retains the right to change these Franchise System Standards at its sole discretion and reserves the right to formulate, modify, and supplement them for operating the Franchised Business. While Eos Worldwide aims to provide written notice of any changes, this may occur through various means, including mail, e-mail, newsletters, website postings, Operations Manual updates, or other methods. Franchisees are responsible for implementing all changes as soon as practical and at their own expense, which may lead to increased costs.

This policy ensures that Eos Worldwide maintains control over the quality and consistency of its brand and services. For a prospective franchisee, this means they must be prepared to adapt to changes in required products and services, potentially incurring additional costs to comply with new standards. It is important for franchisees to stay informed of any updates to the Franchise System Standards and to promptly implement any required changes to avoid non-compliance.
