All criteria used by us or our designee in making our determination and any further procedures for obtaining approval of a new supplier or supplies are set forth in the Operations Manual.
- (d) Approved Suppliers are selected based on factors we deem appropriate in our discretion in a manner designed to help preserve the integrity of the EOS Franchise System and our brand reputation and ensure brand consistency.
Factors include, without limitation, previous experience with us, our affiliates or the EOS Franchise System; recommendations we have received from franchisees or other third parties; reputation in the industry; and willingness to provide preferred pricing for franchisees.
However, by listing any third party as an Approved Supplier or otherwise recommending any third party,
or any advice or recommendations we may offer with respect to any such party, is not, and in no shall be deemed, a representation or guarantee as to the products or services provided by these third parties, or will make us responsible in any way for any such third parties' performance or provision of products or services to any franchisee.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Eos Worldwide's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the criteria for approving a new supplier can be found in the Operations Manual. Specifically, the Operations Manual contains all criteria used by Eos Worldwide or its designee in determining whether to approve a new supplier or supplies, as well as any further procedures for obtaining such approval.
Eos Worldwide retains sole discretion over whether to test additional supplies or suppliers proposed by a franchisee. If Eos Worldwide agrees to evaluate a proposed substitute, they will provide written notification of approval or disapproval within sixty days of receiving notice, along with all necessary information and samples.
