What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Eos Worldwide's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Franchise System Standards are detailed within the Franchise Agreement and the confidential operations manual. The operations manual is provided to franchisees in various formats, including physical manuals, internet catalogs, technical bulletins, or other written materials, which may be in hard copy or electronic form. Eos Worldwide also updates the operations manual periodically.

The Franchise System Standards encompass a wide array of aspects critical to the operation of the franchised business. These include methods, standards, and specifications that Eos Worldwide franchisees must strictly adhere to. Furthermore, franchisees are required to obtain specific supplies, inventory, and advertising materials in compliance with Eos Worldwide's specifications, exclusively from Eos Worldwide, its affiliates, or authorized suppliers.

Compliance with the Franchise System Standards is essential for maintaining brand consistency and ensuring uniform quality and service across the Eos Worldwide franchise network. Franchisees must ensure that all services, inventory, supplies, computer software and hardware, insurance, marketing components and techniques, customer service standards, and other supplies used in their franchised business align with these standards.
