Answer from 2025 FDD Document

You must sign our form of Franchise Agreement ("Franchise Agreement"), in the form attached to this Disclosure Document as Exhibit A. If you operate your franchise using a legal entity, then your entity (the "Operating Entity" or as referred to in the Franchise Agreement, your "Business Entity") must either sign the Franchise Agreement or otherwise agree to abide by the terms of the Franchise Agreement by signing our form of Joinder to Franchise Agreement in the form attached as Exhibit C to the Franchise Agreement.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Eos Worldwide's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the form of the Franchise Agreement is included as Exhibit A to the document. The FDD also states that if a franchisee operates their business using a legal entity, that entity must either sign the Franchise Agreement or agree to abide by its terms by signing the Joinder to Franchise Agreement, which is attached as Exhibit C to the Franchise Agreement.

This means that prospective Eos Worldwide franchisees can review the complete Franchise Agreement, including all its terms and conditions, before making any financial commitment. It also clarifies the process for franchisees who choose to operate their business through a legal entity, ensuring that both the individual franchisee and their business entity are bound by the agreement.

It is important for potential franchisees to carefully review the Franchise Agreement and the Joinder to Franchise Agreement (if applicable) with a legal professional to fully understand their rights and obligations before signing. Understanding these documents is a crucial step in evaluating the Eos Worldwide franchise opportunity.
