All of our franchisees' e-mail addresses and telephone numbers are listed in Exhibit F. A list of franchisees who had a Franchise Agreement terminated, cancelled, not renewed, or otherwise voluntarily or involuntarily ceased to do business under the Franchise Agreement during the last fiscal year or during the current year through the Issuance Date of this Disclosure Document, or who have not communicated with us within ten (10) weeks of the Issuance Date of this Disclosure Document is attached as Exhibit G.

In some instances, current and former franchisees sign provisions restricting their ability to speak only about their experience with the EOS Franchise System. You may wish to speak with current and former franchisees, but be aware that not all such franchisees will be able to communicate with you. If you buy this franchise, your contact information may be disclosed to other buyers when you leave the franchise system.
