What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Eos Worldwide's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, details regarding the minimum insurance requirements can be found in Exhibit I of the document. Eos Worldwide requires franchisees to obtain and maintain insurance coverage, including Commercial General Liability and Professional (Errors & Omissions) Liability insurance. The minimum limit for each occurrence and in the aggregate is $1,000,000.

It is important to note that Eos Worldwide can modify these insurance requirements with reasonable notice to the franchisee. These changes could be due to local business practices, changes in circumstances, or other commercially reasonable business reasons. Franchisees should, therefore, stay informed of any updates to the insurance requirements throughout the term of their Franchise Agreement.

Eos Worldwide emphasizes that the specified insurance coverage represents only the minimum requirements. Franchisees are strongly encouraged to consult with insurance agents, brokers, legal counsel, or other insurance advisors to assess their specific insurance needs on an ongoing basis. This proactive approach ensures that franchisees have adequate coverage tailored to their individual circumstances and potential risks associated with their Eos Worldwide franchise.
