What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Eos Worldwide's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, fees paid for Remedial Training are non-refundable. The document states that these fees are considered fully earned upon payment. The cost for Remedial Training currently ranges from $995 to $10,000, but Eos Worldwide retains the right to increase these fees at any time.
In addition to the Remedial Training fee itself, franchisees are responsible for reimbursing Eos Worldwide for any reasonable travel or related costs incurred by the company in providing the training. Franchisees must also cover their own expenses for attending the Remedial Training, including travel, lodging, and meals.
This non-refundable policy means that if a franchisee is required to undergo Remedial Training, they must pay the full cost upfront, and they will not receive a refund, regardless of the outcome of the training or any other circumstances. This could represent a significant financial burden for franchisees who are already struggling with compliance or performance issues, so prospective franchisees should carefully consider this policy.
