What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Eos Worldwide's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the cost for Additional Training currently ranges from $995 to $10,000. The factors influencing this cost include the length of the training, the trainer's experience, the materials used, and other factors that Eos Worldwide deems appropriate. These fees must be paid in full before attending the training and are generally non-refundable. Eos Worldwide retains the right to increase these fees over time.

In addition to the training fee itself, franchisees are responsible for reimbursing Eos Worldwide for any reasonable travel or related costs incurred by Eos Worldwide in providing the Additional Training. Franchisees must also cover their own expenses related to attending the training, such as travel, lodging, and meals. This means the total cost of Additional Training can be significantly higher than the stated training fee range.

This fee structure is fairly typical in the franchise industry, where franchisors often charge for additional training to ensure franchisees stay updated with the latest practices and standards. However, the broad range in cost ($995 to $10,000) suggests that franchisees should inquire about the specific content and duration of the training to accurately budget for these expenses. Franchisees should also clarify what "other factors" Eos Worldwide considers when determining the cost, to avoid unexpected charges.
