What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Eos Worldwide's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are responsible for specific expenses related to attending the initial training program, known as Boot Camp. In addition to paying a $45,000 Boot Camp Fee, franchisees must cover all costs incurred while attending Boot Camp. These expenses include travel, lodging, meals, local transportation, and wages.
Boot Camp is a crucial part of the Eos Worldwide franchise system, and attendance is mandatory within the first six months of the franchise agreement. These Boot Camps are held quarterly at various locations within the United States. While Eos Worldwide may allow franchisees to attend international Boot Camps, there will be no adjustment to the Boot Camp Fee, and the franchisee may be responsible for additional taxes or fees imposed by local governmental authorities.
It is important to note that the dates and locations of Boot Camp are subject to change, and Eos Worldwide assumes no responsibility for any costs incurred due to such changes. If a franchisee fails to complete Boot Camp satisfactorily and is permitted to repeat the training, they will be charged the then-current cost for repeating Boot Camp. This highlights the importance of budgeting not only for the initial Boot Camp Fee but also for all associated travel and living expenses, as well as the potential for additional costs if the training needs to be repeated.
