What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Eos Worldwide's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the company does evaluate requests from franchisees to modify their Tier designation. Eos Worldwide also reserves the right to modify a franchisee's tier designation if they do not continue to satisfy the conditions and requirements of their current tier.
Eos Worldwide has three designated operating tiers for Implementers: Professional, Certified, and Expert. They also have Legacy and Emeritus Tiers for EOS Implementers transitioning into retirement. New EOS Implementers are initially designated in the Professional Tier after completing the initial training program, called Boot Camp. The franchise agreement states that Eos Worldwide reserves the right to create additional Tier designations at its sole discretion.
To request a modification to their Tier designation, an Eos Worldwide franchisee must submit a formal written request. Eos Worldwide may set certain standards, terms, and requirements for Tier qualification. Participation in a different Tier may require additional purchases of inventory or supplies, further Implementer training, additional marketing requirements, additional payment obligations, and other conditions, all of which the franchisee must meet at their own expense. If a franchisee does not continue to meet the conditions of their current Tier, Eos Worldwide may modify their Tier designation with written notice, potentially requiring Mandatory Remedial Training.
