What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Eos Worldwide Franchise Disclosure Document, the 'EOS Online Store' is an online platform operated by the franchisor where EOS branded books, educational materials, and other related EOS products are offered for sale to franchisees, clients, and the general public. As an Eos Worldwide franchisee, you are required to purchase certain educational and instructive materials used in client sessions from this online store. Other materials, including EOS branded books, may be purchased from other sources, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the Franchise Agreement.

The EOS Online Store serves as a key distribution channel for proprietary materials essential to the consistent delivery of EOS services. By mandating the purchase of specific educational materials through this store, Eos Worldwide aims to maintain quality control and standardization across its franchise network. This ensures that all franchisees are using the same core resources when implementing the Entrepreneurial Operating System with their clients.

While franchisees are obligated to source certain materials from the EOS Online Store, they have the flexibility to acquire other materials, such as EOS branded books, from alternative sources. This provides franchisees with some degree of autonomy in managing their procurement processes, while still adhering to the brand's standards for essential educational resources. Prospective franchisees should carefully review the Franchise Agreement to understand the specific requirements and restrictions related to purchasing materials for their Eos Worldwide business.
