What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Eos Worldwide Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees may purchase their Computer System from any supplier unless Eos Worldwide designates a specific or exclusive Approved Supplier. The Computer System includes a laptop or desktop computer with certain computer services, components, peripherals, equipment, computer hardware, general business software, and any proprietary software designated or approved by Eos Worldwide as Required Technology.

Eos Worldwide may require franchisees to obtain computer and communications hardware, equipment, components, or software as part of the Computer System or other Required Technology. They may also modify the specifications for, and required components of, the Computer System or Required Technology, which may result in additional costs for the franchisee. The Computer System must have the capacity to submit reports, perform designated functions such as viewing training and facilitating virtual sessions, operate the most current version of specified internet browsers, permit Eos Worldwide to review the results of the franchisee's operations, and be capable of engaging in any E-Commerce activities that Eos Worldwide designates or approves.

Franchisees are responsible for upgrading the Computer System and obtaining necessary service and support. Eos Worldwide may assist in troubleshooting potential software issues but is not obligated to provide maintenance, repairs, updates, or upgrades unless otherwise agreed in writing. Franchisees must also have access to high-speed Wi-Fi Internet to access online systems and are responsible for all associated costs.
