As you know, EOS Worldwide Franchising, LLC (the "Franchisor", "we", us", or "our") and you are preparing to enter into an EOS Worldwide Franchise Agreement (the "Franchise Agreement") for the establishment and operation of an EOS Worldwide franchised Business (the "Franchised Business").
