What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Eos Worldwide's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a Warm Lead results in a session or generates session revenue for a franchised business, the franchisee must pay Eos Worldwide the greater of 50% of the gross revenue generated from the session fee or $1,500 as a Warm Leads Fee.
The Warm Leads Fees are payable within fourteen days of the applicable underlying session(s). This means that an Eos Worldwide franchisee has two weeks from the date of the session that generated the revenue to remit the Warm Leads Fee to the company.
It is important to note that participation in the Warm Leads Program is optional and does not guarantee any Warm Leads or business. Eos Worldwide also retains the right to modify or eliminate the Warm Leads Program at any time, which could impact a franchisee's revenue streams and associated fee obligations.
