What is the deadline for completing the Eos Worldwide Boot Camp after signing the Franchise Agreement?
Eos_Worldwide Franchise · 2025 FDDAnswer from 2025 FDD Document
You must complete Boot Camp within six (6) months of signing the Franchise Agreement.
If for any reason you fail to sign up for a Boot Camp scheduled to occur within the initial 6 month period from signing your Franchise Agreement and your franchise is not terminated (See "Time to Commence Operations" under Item 11), your Monthly Membership Fee will begin on the first day of the month following that 6-month period.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Eos Worldwide's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, new franchisees must complete the Boot Camp training program within six months of signing the Franchise Agreement. This requirement is outlined in Item 5, which discusses initial fees. The Boot Camp Fee for franchisees based in the United States is $45,000, and it must be paid in full when the Franchise Agreement is signed. Franchisees cannot begin offering sessions to clients until they have successfully completed Boot Camp.
Missing the Boot Camp deadline has financial implications. If a franchisee fails to sign up for a Boot Camp scheduled within the initial six-month period from signing the Franchise Agreement, the Monthly Membership Fee will begin on the first day of the month following that six-month period, assuming the franchise has not been terminated. This means franchisees will start incurring monthly fees even if they haven't attended the training. The Monthly Membership Fees range from $1,395 to $1,695, depending on the franchisee's designated tier.
Eos Worldwide does offer some flexibility. The franchisor may waive or discount the Boot Camp Fee and/or waive the requirement to successfully complete Boot Camp training for former Implementers who have left and then rejoined the community and therefore who have already completed proper Boot Camp training. The cost for any such remedial training will generally range from $995 to $10,000, depending upon the length of the required remedial training, training experience, materials used in conducting the training and other factors Eos Worldwide deems appropriate. This flexibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
