What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Eos Worldwide's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Eos Worldwide does not currently negotiate purchase arrangements with suppliers for the benefit of franchisees. However, the FDD states that Eos Worldwide may periodically negotiate these arrangements in the future.

Even though Eos Worldwide does not actively negotiate purchase arrangements, franchisees are still restricted in where they can source certain items. Franchisees must purchase Leadership Team Manuals, designated EOS-branded session materials and supplies, and business cards from Eos Worldwide's online store. Other than these specified items, franchisees can purchase other products and services from vendors of their choosing, provided these items meet Eos Worldwide's Franchise System Standards.

Eos Worldwide also maintains the right to change suppliers or products. Franchisees must obtain prior written approval from Eos Worldwide if they wish to purchase items or source from suppliers not previously approved. Eos Worldwide can require certain items to be sourced exclusively from them, their affiliates, or approved suppliers to maintain uniformity, improve pricing, simplify purchasing, or for other legitimate business reasons. While Eos Worldwide does not promise to evaluate alternate products or suppliers, if they elect to do so at a franchisee's request, they will provide written notification of approval or disapproval within 60 days of receiving all necessary information and samples.
