What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Eos Worldwide Franchise Disclosure Document, Eos Worldwide Implementers are categorized into specific operating tiers. Currently, these tiers are designated as Professional, Certified, or Expert. In addition to these operating tiers, there are also Legacy and Emeritus tiers. However, the Legacy and Emeritus Tiers are reserved for those Eos Worldwide Implementers who are in the process of transitioning into retirement. Franchisees should refer to Items 1, 6, and 12 of the FDD for more information on these tiers.
These tiers likely reflect different levels of experience, performance, or engagement within the Eos Worldwide franchise system. It is common in franchising to have tiered systems that offer different levels of support, recognition, or requirements based on a franchisee's performance or tenure. Understanding the criteria and expectations for each tier is crucial for prospective franchisees to gauge their potential growth path and the resources available to them.
Prospective franchisees should inquire about the specific requirements and benefits associated with each tier during their due diligence. Understanding the expectations and support provided at each tier will help a franchisee set realistic goals and understand the resources available to them as they grow their Eos Worldwide business. It is also important to understand how movement between tiers is determined and what impact it has on the franchisee's operations and obligations.
