Does Eos Worldwide currently have any advertising funds or formal cooperatives in its System?

According to the 2025 Eos Worldwide Franchise Disclosure Document, Eos Worldwide does not currently have any advertising funds or formal cooperatives in its system. However, Eos Worldwide retains the right to create a Brand Development Fund in the future and require franchisees to contribute to it at their sole discretion.

While there are currently no purchasing or distribution cooperatives, Eos Worldwide reserves the right to require franchisee participation in the future. This means that while franchisees are not currently obligated to pool resources or purchasing power with other franchisees, this could change during the term of the franchise agreement.

Eos Worldwide maintains control over advertising and marketing materials, requiring them to adhere to brand standards. All advertising materials must contain the company website address and clearly identify the business as an independently owned and operated franchise. Eos Worldwide and its affiliates reserve the right to be the exclusive suppliers for, and to pre-approve any, advertising materials used in the Eos Worldwide Franchise System. This ensures brand consistency but may limit a franchisee's autonomy in local marketing efforts.
