What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Eos Worldwide's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the current cost for Remedial Training ranges from $995 to $10,000. This fee must be paid in full before attending the training and is non-refundable once paid. Eos Worldwide retains the right to increase these fees in the future.
In addition to the Remedial Training fee, franchisees are responsible for reimbursing Eos Worldwide for any reasonable travel or related costs incurred by them in providing the training. Franchisees must also cover their own expenses for travel, lodging, and meals while attending the Remedial Training.
Eos Worldwide may require franchisees to attend Remedial Training if they violate Franchise System Standards, breach the Franchise Agreement, or fail to meet the requirements to maintain their current Implementer status. This training can be conducted in person, at designated locations, or via teleconference call, webinar, online training, or videoconference, depending on what Eos Worldwide deems appropriate. This ensures that franchisees who are underperforming or not adhering to the standards of the Eos Worldwide system have an opportunity to improve and maintain the quality and reputation of the brand.
