What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Eos Worldwide Franchise Disclosure Document, the cost of the mandatory Boot Camp for new franchisees is $45,000. This fee does not include expenses associated with attending the Boot Camp, such as travel, lodging, meals, wages, and connection charges, which the franchisee must also cover.
The Eos Worldwide FDD specifies that Boot Camp must be completed within six months of signing the Franchise Agreement. Failure to complete Boot Camp to the franchisor's satisfaction can result in the termination of the Franchise Agreement. The Boot Camp is held at locations in Detroit, Michigan, and Denver, Colorado, but these locations may change at the franchisor's discretion. Virtual training may also be made available.
Eos Worldwide may waive the Boot Camp attendance or the fee, in whole or in part, for Implementers who have previously completed the EOS Boot Camp to their satisfaction. The franchisor also reserves the right to modify any aspect of the Boot Camp or other training to accommodate the needs or experience of any individual trainee.
In addition to the Boot Camp, Eos Worldwide provides ongoing access to an online training platform as part of the Monthly Membership Fee. Franchisees are also expected to complete online training courses periodically. Franchisees should factor in the $45,000 Boot Camp fee, plus all associated travel and accommodation costs, when evaluating the overall financial investment required to start an Eos Worldwide franchise.
