What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Eos Worldwide Franchise Disclosure Document, Eos Worldwide retains control over the brand's primary website. Specifically, Eos Worldwide has the right to control all use of www.eosworldwide.com and any future websites they create. This means franchisees do not have the right to update, upgrade, amend, or host the website.
Eos Worldwide also controls all URLs, domain names, websites, addresses, metatags, links, keywords, e-mail addresses, and any other means of electronic identification related to the franchise. However, Eos Worldwide may provide franchisees with certain rights to revise designated sections on their microsite, but the framework is owned and determined by Eos Worldwide.
The Eos Worldwide website will contain information on the EOS Franchise System, as well as other information Eos Worldwide deems appropriate, and all changes, additions, and deletions are at their sole discretion. This ensures that the brand maintains a consistent and unified online presence, which is typical in franchising. Franchisees must adhere to Eos Worldwide's policies and standards when participating in online communications, including websites and social media, to protect the brand's image and intellectual property.
