What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Eos Worldwide's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the company may impose certain conditions for an implementer to qualify for a specific operating tier. These conditions can include several requirements that the franchisee must meet at their own expense.
These requirements may involve the additional purchase of inventory or supplies to support the services offered within that tier. Eos Worldwide might also require additional implementer training to ensure the franchisee has the necessary skills and knowledge for the tier. Furthermore, there could be additional marketing requirements to promote the franchisee's business at the designated tier.
In addition to these tangible requirements, Eos Worldwide may also impose additional payment obligations as a condition of tier qualification. The company retains the right to modify, eliminate, discontinue, merge, or otherwise alter tier designations at any time, and disclaims any liability related to such changes. If a franchisee fails to meet the conditions and requirements of their current tier, Eos Worldwide may modify the franchisee's tier designation, potentially requiring mandatory remedial training or even termination of the franchise agreement.
