What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 FDD, Eos Worldwide franchisees must maintain their session rooms in a specific condition and ensure they meet certain legal standards. The session rooms must be kept in a "clean, neat and professional" condition at all times, and this maintenance is the franchisee's responsibility.
In addition to the general upkeep, the furnishings, fixtures, and signage within the session rooms must comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). They must also adhere to other applicable health and safety laws, rules, standards, and regulations. Furthermore, Eos Worldwide specifies that signage should be posted in a manner outlined in the Operations Manual or as otherwise directed by the franchisor.
In summary, an Eos Worldwide franchisee needs to ensure their session rooms are not only well-maintained and professional in appearance but also fully compliant with ADA standards and all relevant health and safety regulations. Paying close attention to the Operations Manual and any additional directives from Eos Worldwide regarding signage is also crucial for maintaining compliance.
