We may require that Implementers obtain designated certifications or meet certain qualifications to be eligible for a tier, and we may change or modify those standards from time to time at our discretion.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Eos Worldwide's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Eos Worldwide has the discretion to change or modify the standards for tier eligibility. Eos Worldwide categorizes its full-time operating Implementers into three tiers: Professional, Certified, or Expert. They also have tiers for Implementers transitioning into retirement, called Legacy and Emeritus.
The initial tier for new Implementers is "Professional EOS Implementer" after completing Boot Camp. Each tier pays a different monthly fee. The tier designation determines the products and services offered, the level of training, marketing opportunities, and requirements to maintain proficiency.
