Can Eos Worldwide change the Boot Camp schedule based on demand?

According to the 2025 Eos Worldwide Franchise Disclosure Document, Eos Worldwide has the right to change the Boot Camp schedule based on demand. Currently, Eos Worldwide schedules one Boot Camp session per location per calendar quarter. However, the schedule may change based on demand. Eos Worldwide reserves the right to hold Boot Camp on an "as-needed" basis depending on the number of new franchisees in the EOS Franchise System, the number of new Implementers attending, staffing, and other factors.

This means that the frequency and availability of Boot Camp sessions may vary. A prospective franchisee should consider that the timing of their training might be affected by the number of other new franchisees joining the system. This could potentially delay the start of their business operations, as Boot Camp attendance is mandatory within six months of signing the Franchise Agreement.

Eos Worldwide also reserves the right to modify any aspect of the Boot Camp or other training to accommodate the needs or experience of any individual trainee. The cost of the Boot Camp for new franchisees in 2025 is $45,000, and the franchisee is responsible for all costs and expenses associated with attendance, including travel, lodging, meals, wages, and connection charges. Eos Worldwide may waive attendance at Boot Camp or the fee in whole or in part for this training for Implementers who have previously completed their EOS Boot Camp to their satisfaction.
