What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Eos Worldwide's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, all dollar figures are stated in United States Dollars. While payments are generally made in USD, Eos Worldwide may calculate amounts in other currencies, especially for events like conferences held outside the United States.

To determine the US Dollar equivalent, Eos Worldwide will provide notice, potentially in the form of an invoice, using their standard processes and policies based on the applicable spot exchange rate at the time of calculation. This means the conversion will reflect the current market value of the currency at that moment.

However, if a payment is transmitted after its due date, Eos Worldwide may adjust the US Dollar equivalent if the spot exchange rate has changed. In such cases, the franchisee may be invoiced for any shortfall resulting from the currency fluctuation. Eos Worldwide's determination of the US Dollar equivalent is considered controlling unless there is a clear error. This policy protects Eos Worldwide from losses due to currency fluctuations and ensures they receive the correct USD amount, while also placing the risk of exchange rate changes on the franchisee if payments are late.
