What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Eos Worldwide's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Boot Camp Fee is not refundable under the Franchise Agreement. The standard Boot Camp Fee is $45,000 for new franchisees based in the United States. This fee, along with the Initial Franchise Fee, must be paid in full when signing the Franchise Agreement. The Boot Camp Fee covers the administrative and other expenses Eos Worldwide incurs to provide the Boot Camp training programs.
This non-refundable policy means that once a franchisee pays the $45,000 Boot Camp Fee, they cannot get it back, even if they don't complete the training or decide not to move forward with the franchise. This is a significant financial commitment that prospective franchisees need to consider carefully. It is common in franchising for initial fees, including training fees, to be non-refundable, as they cover the franchisor's upfront costs in setting up the franchisee.
Eos Worldwide may, however, waive or discount the Boot Camp Fee for former Implementers who rejoin the community and have already completed the training. In these cases, remedial training may range from $995 to $10,000, depending on the training's length, experience, materials, and other factors deemed appropriate by Eos Worldwide. New franchisees in Australia, the United Kingdom, and the Netherlands pay the Boot Camp Fee in local currency, with rates starting at AUD $23,000 and GBP ₤11,000, respectively, and increasing quarterly.
