Besides the primary mark, what other marks can an Eos Worldwide franchisee use?

You receive the right to use the name "EOS®" which is the primary Mark used to identify our Franchise System. You may also use any other current or future Mark in connection with the operation of your Franchised Business that we designate in writing and in the manner we permit, including the logo on the front page of this Disclosure Document and the Marks listed below. By "Marks" we mean the trade names, trademarks, service marks and logos used to identify EOS and our Products and Services.
The Marks contain marks registered (the "Registered Marks") with the United States Patent & Trademark Office ("USPTO") and marks with current applications for registration pending (the "Pending Marks") with the USPTO. The following is a list of the principal Marks we may authorize you to use. EOS OpCo owns all of these Marks listed below. This list does not include all of the Marks the EOS OpCo owns, or that may be used in your Franchised Business, and we may add or subtract from this list from time to time.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Eos Worldwide Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees have the right to use the name "EOS®" as the primary mark to identify their franchise. In addition to this primary mark, franchisees may also use any other current or future marks that Eos Worldwide designates in writing for the operation of their franchised business. This includes the logo featured on the front page of the disclosure document and the marks listed in Item 13 of the FDD. These marks encompass trade names, trademarks, service marks, and logos used to identify Eos Worldwide and its products and services.
Eos Worldwide specifies that the marks include both registered marks with the United States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO) and marks with pending registration applications. The list provided is not exhaustive, and Eos Worldwide may add to or subtract from it over time. Franchisees are permitted to use only the designated marks for operating and advertising their franchised business, adhering to the manner authorized and permitted by Eos Worldwide.
The FDD lists numerous registered marks, along with their registration numbers and dates. These include marks such as ENTREPRENEURIAL OPERATING, SYSTEM, TRACTION, EOS IMPLEMENTER, CERTIFIED EOS IMPLEMENTER, PROFESSIONAL EOS IMPLEMENTER, THE EOS LIFE, EOS PROCESS, EOS MODEL, IDS, VISION/TRACTION ORGANIZER, V/TO, QCE, THE ACCOUNTABILITY CHART, FOCUS DAY, SIX KEY COMPONENTS, GREAT BOSS, and LEVEL 10 MEETING. These marks are protected by registration numbers and dates ranging from May 20, 2008, to September 3, 2024.
Franchisees must adhere to Eos Worldwide's rules when using the marks and cannot use them as part of their corporate or any other legal name without prior written authorization. All business entity names and fictitious names must be approved in writing. Franchisees are also responsible for promptly registering their fictitious or assumed name at the appropriate state and/or county office, as required by applicable law. They cannot use any mark in connection with unauthorized services or products or in any manner not expressly authorized in writing by Eos Worldwide.
