- (b) You will provide us with a copy of any translations of the Materials promptly, and you may not use any such translations without our prior written approval. You will bear the cost of such translations and will hold confidential all such translations to the same extent as the EOS original materials. We may require that you use our Approved Suppliers to translate any materials.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Eos Worldwide Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee is responsible for the costs associated with translating the Materials. Eos Worldwide owns the worldwide copyright and all intellectual property rights to the Operations Manual and all components of the EOS System. Franchisees may only make translations, copies, adaptations, or modifications to the Materials with prior written consent from Eos Worldwide.
Before using any Materials, franchisees are solely responsible for determining whether local applicable law requires translation into the local language. Franchisees must provide Eos Worldwide with a copy of any translations promptly and cannot use them without prior written approval.
Eos Worldwide may require franchisees to use their Approved Suppliers for translations. All translations are confidential and subject to the same protections as the original EOS materials. Eos Worldwide or its affiliates will own the copyright and all other rights to translations, modifications, or adaptations of the Materials, regardless of whether they were made in violation of the agreement.
