What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Eos Worldwide's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, attendance at Quarterly Collaborative Exchanges (QCEs) is mandatory as part of the tier requirements for franchisees. These QCEs are quarterly continuing education conferences designed to provide franchisees with practical insights into implementing EOS, operating their franchised business, working with entrepreneurial leadership teams, and managing clients.
The FDD states that the monthly membership fee covers registration for one QCE per quarter. While Eos Worldwide typically hosts only one QCE during the first quarter of each calendar year, it holds multiple QCEs in each of the remaining quarters. Franchisees who wish to attend more than one QCE in a quarter must pay the then-current registration fee, which is currently $1,000.
Eos Worldwide retains the discretion to require in-person attendance at any of the QCEs, even though they may also be held virtually. Franchisees are responsible for covering their own travel expenses, including airfare, lodging, and meals not provided at the event. In addition to QCEs, Eos Worldwide may conduct other seminars, annual meetings, or conferences, where attendance may or may not be mandatory.
