o, however locations may be added or changed at our discretion. Additionally, at our discretion, we may make virtual training available to franchisees. Boot Camp is mandatory for you. We reserve the right to modify any aspect of our Boot Camp or other training to accommodate the needs or experience of any individual trainee. The cost of the Boot Camp for new franchisees in 2025 is $45,000, and you are responsible for all costs and expenses associated with your attendance at Boot Camp, including the cost of travel, lodging, meals, wages, and connection charges. We reserve the right to waive attendance at Boot Camp or the fee in whole or in part for this training for Implementers who have previously completed our EOS Boot Camp to our satisfaction. Only EOS Implementers attend Boot Camp, and Boot Camp must be completed within six months of signing the Franchise Agreement. Failure to complete Boot Camp to our satisfaction will give us the right to terminate your Franchise Agreement.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Eos Worldwide Franchise Disclosure Document, attendance at Boot Camp is mandatory for new franchisees, referred to as Implementers. Boot Camp must be completed within six months of signing the Franchise Agreement. Failure to complete Boot Camp to Eos Worldwide's satisfaction can result in the termination of the Franchise Agreement.
The Boot Camp fee for new franchisees in 2025 is $45,000, and franchisees are responsible for all associated costs, including travel, lodging, meals, wages, and connection charges. Eos Worldwide may offer virtual training at its discretion and reserves the right to modify any aspect of Boot Camp to accommodate individual trainee needs or experience. In some cases, Eos Worldwide may waive the Boot Camp attendance or fee for Implementers who have previously completed the training to their satisfaction.
Eos Worldwide schedules Boot Camp sessions per location per calendar quarter, but this schedule may change based on demand. The training is conducted by the Implementer Development Team, under the direction of the Programming & Community Training Director, or other experienced EOS Implementers. In addition to Boot Camp, franchisees have ongoing access to an online training platform included in the Monthly Membership Fee, which they must complete from time to time. Remedial training may also be required under certain circumstances, with fees ranging from $995 to $10,000, plus associated travel expenses.
