We anticipate that the initial cost of your Computer System will be between $2,000 and $10,000. If you already own computer and communications equipment which meets our specifications, your cost may be less. We currently do not require you to have a maintenance contract for your computer system, but we strongly suggest that you do so. You will keep your Computer System in good maintenance and repair and, at your expense, promptly make any and all additions, changes, modifications, substitutions, and/or replacements to your Computer System as we direct. Whether or not you choose to have a maintenance contract for your Computer System, you must pay to us a Technology Fee, if and when we choose to implement one (see Item 6). We reserve the right to increase the Technology Fee as described in Item 6. (Section 4.4 Franchise Agreement). What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Eos Worldwide Franchise Disclosure Document, the anticipated initial cost for the Computer System is between $2,000 and $10,000. However, if a franchisee already owns computer and communications equipment that meets Eos Worldwide's specifications, the cost may be less.

Eos Worldwide also provides franchisees with access to customer relationship management software called Practice Management, which is cloud-based and included in the Monthly Membership Fee. An upgraded subscription, Practice Management+, is available for an additional monthly fee ranging from $195 to $495, depending on the number of active clients.

While Eos Worldwide does not require a maintenance contract for the computer system, they strongly suggest it. Franchisees are responsible for keeping their Computer System in good maintenance and repair, including any necessary additions, changes, modifications, substitutions, and/or replacements as directed by Eos Worldwide. Franchisees must also pay any required software or other fees to maintain their Computer System, as required by Eos Worldwide or their Approved Suppliers, who may change at any time at Eos Worldwide's discretion.

Eos Worldwide may implement a Technology Fee in the future (see Item 6). Franchisees are also expected to spend between $0 and $1,000 annually on optional or required maintenance, support, upgrading, and updating their computer system, excluding the Technology Fee.
