What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Eos Worldwide's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must pay a Boot Camp Fee of $45,000 to attend the initial training program. This fee is payable in cash via wire transfer or ACH upon execution of the Franchise Agreement.
The Boot Camp Fee is considered fully earned by Eos Worldwide upon payment and is non-refundable under any circumstances. This means that even if the franchisee doesn't complete the training or the agreement is terminated, the $45,000 will not be returned.
In addition to the Boot Camp Fee, franchisees are responsible for covering all expenses related to attending the Boot Camp, including travel, lodging, meals, and local transportation. Franchisees should factor in these additional costs when planning their initial investment. Furthermore, if a franchisee fails to complete the Boot Camp to Eos Worldwide's satisfaction and is permitted to repeat the training, they will be charged the then-current cost for repeating Boot Camp.
