What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Eos Worldwide's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Eos Worldwide does not typically provide training to a franchisee's employees. Unless a franchisee specifically requests it, Eos Worldwide does not offer employee training and even reserves the right to decline such a request.
This policy reflects the fact that each Eos Worldwide franchise is independently owned and operated. While franchisees must adhere to Eos Worldwide's system standards, they are responsible for managing their personnel.
However, Eos Worldwide does provide extensive training and support to the franchisee themselves, including a Boot Camp program and ongoing access to an online training platform. This training is designed to equip the franchisee with the knowledge and skills necessary to successfully implement the EOS system within their business. Franchisees also have access to additional training programs for a fee, ranging from $995 to $10,000, with the franchisee responsible for travel and lodging costs.
