What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Eos Worldwide's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Eos Worldwide does derive revenue from required franchisee purchases. In 2024, Eos Worldwide's revenue from these required purchases totaled $3,309,031, which represented approximately 13.90% of the franchisor's total revenues of $23,813,492. This figure excludes revenue from required training for new franchisees. While Eos Worldwide and its affiliates do not currently derive revenue from required purchases or leases, they do generate revenue from sales of other, non-required supplies, products, and services to franchisees. In the future, Eos Worldwide and its affiliates may receive other types of revenues, material benefits, and other consideration from franchisee purchases of required supplies, products, and services, including through books that they may author.
Prospective franchisees should be aware that Eos Worldwide requires franchisees to purchase certain items, such as Leadership Team Manuals and EOS-branded session materials, directly from them. These items are available through the EOS Online Store. While franchisees can generally source other operational items from suppliers of their choice, these items must still meet Eos Worldwide's Franchise System Standards.
Eos Worldwide also has the right to modify its Franchise System Standards and may require franchisees to purchase additional items exclusively from Eos Worldwide, its affiliates, or approved suppliers in the future. Franchisees are responsible for the costs associated with complying with any changes to these standards. This requirement ensures brand consistency and quality across all Eos Worldwide franchises, but it also limits the franchisee's autonomy in sourcing products and services and may impact their operating costs.
