What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Eos Worldwide's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the due dates for additional training fees vary depending on the specific fee.

If an Eos Worldwide franchisee requests to attend more than one Quarterly Collaborative Exchange (QCE) in a quarter, they will be required to pay the then-current registration fee. If registering for a QCE less than two weeks before the event, Eos Worldwide may charge a late fee. If a franchisee registers for a QCE and cancels, they may be charged a cancellation fee, with the amount depending on when the cancellation occurs.

The document also specifies due dates for other fees. The Accounting/Audit Fee is due when incurred, which may happen if Eos Worldwide audits a franchisee's business and finds discrepancies in their reports. The Insurance Reimbursement is also due when incurred, which occurs if the franchisee fails to maintain the required insurance and Eos Worldwide procures it on their behalf. Non-compliance cure costs and fees are due when billed, which happens if Eos Worldwide cures a default on the franchisee's behalf. ACH/Credit Card Administration Fees, covering issues like cancelled payments or changes to account information, are due as incurred. Additional E-mail Account fees are also due as incurred. Warm Leads Fees are payable within fourteen days after the session.
