What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Eos Worldwide's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, all EOS Implementers must share EOS Worldwide's Vision, which includes the company's Core Values, Core Focus, Core Target, Marketing Strategy, and 3-Year Picture. This requirement is part of the EOS Implementer Designation Criteria effective May 1, 2025.
This means that as a franchisee, you are expected to be aligned with and actively promote the core principles and strategic direction of Eos Worldwide. This encompasses not only understanding these elements but also integrating them into your implementation practices and client interactions. Sharing the vision ensures consistency across the franchise network and reinforces the brand's identity.
Failure to adhere to these guidelines could impact an implementer's tier status and ability to maintain their designation. This requirement ensures that all implementers are presenting a unified and consistent message, which is crucial for maintaining brand integrity and client trust. Prospective franchisees should fully understand and embrace these elements before committing to the franchise.
