rvice and support, as we require or as is necessary because of technological developments, risk assessments, or events. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, there are no contractual limitations on the frequency and cost of your obligation to obtain any such maintenance, updates or upgrades, and we have no obligation to reimburse you for any of these costs. Unless we otherwise agree to in writing, neither we nor any of our affiliates will provide you with any maintenance repairs, updates or upgrades for your Computer System but we may assist you in our discretion in troubleshooting potential issues related to the Software.

  • (c) You must have access to high-speed Wi-Fi Internet to access our online systems (such as our online training platform), and are responsible for all costs and expenses associated with your access, including connection charges.
  • (d) If you are in default of any material obligations under this Agreement, we may, in addition to any other remedy we may have under this Agreement, temporarily restrict your access to all or

part of the EOS related data contained within the Computer System or any Required Technology, until you have cured such default completely.

8.2 Websites; E-Commerce.

  • (a) We have the right to control all use of www.eosworldwide.com and any future websites we create (collectively, the "Website"). You do not have any right to update, upgrade, amend, or host the Website. We have the right to control all use of URLs, domain names, websites, addresses, metatags, links, key words, e-mail addresses and any other means of electronic identification or origin ("enames") related to the Franchise. We may however provide you certain rights to revise designated sections on your microsite, but the framework is owned and determined by us. The Website will contain information on the EOS Franchise System, as well as other information we deem appropriate and all changes, additions, and deletions are at our sole discretion.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 FDD, Eos Worldwide provides franchisees with access to an online training platform and other EOS systems, as available. Franchisees are required to have high-speed Wi-Fi to access these online systems, including the online training platform, and are responsible for all associated costs. Eos Worldwide may temporarily restrict a franchisee's access to EOS-related data within the computer system or any required technology if the franchisee defaults on any material obligations under the Franchise Agreement.

Prior to attending Boot Camp, Eos Worldwide will provide access to comprehensive online training that includes tools, supplies, teaching materials, video guides, and printable guidelines. Franchisees must review and complete certain tasks to prepare for Boot Camp. Access to this training continues after Boot Camp throughout the term of the agreement. Franchisees also gain access to an online directory of EOS Worldwide businesses as their EOS microsite after completing Boot Camp.

Eos Worldwide also states that franchisees must participate in their websites on the Internet or other online communications, including any intranet system that they may develop in the future. Franchisees acknowledge that certain information obtained through their participation on the Website may be considered Confidential Information, including access codes and identification codes. The right to participate in their Website terminates when the Franchise Agreement expires or terminates. Eos Worldwide also has the right to control all use of URLs, domain names, websites, addresses, metatags, links, key words, e-mail addresses and any other means of electronic identification or origin related to the Franchise.
