Dryject Franchise · 2025 FDD

Answer from 2025 FDD Document

You must offer all services we designate. This may require you to upgrade, modernize or add to your existing equipment within the time period we require as provided in the Operations Manual, which is generally 6 months. If you are unable to provide the services required in your Designated Territory we may offer the job to a nearby franchisee or an affiliate of ours.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Dryject's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee may be required to upgrade, modernize, or add to their existing equipment within a specific timeframe. Dryject requires franchisees to offer all services that they designate. To meet this requirement, franchisees may need to upgrade, modernize, or add to their existing equipment.

The timeframe for these upgrades is determined by Dryject and provided in the Operations Manual. Generally, this timeframe is approximately 6 months. This means a Dryject franchisee should be prepared to invest in new or updated equipment within this timeframe to remain compliant with the franchise agreement and offer all designated services.

If a Dryject franchisee is unable to provide the required services within their designated territory, Dryject has the option to offer the job to a nearby franchisee or one of their affiliates. This highlights the importance of adhering to Dryject's equipment and service standards to maintain business within the franchisee's territory.
