What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Dryject's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Washington Addendum is an integral part of the Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchise agreement, and all related agreements. This means that the provisions outlined in the addendum are incorporated into and modify the main documents.
This addendum specifically applies if the offer to sell a Dryject franchise is accepted in Washington, if the purchaser of the franchise is a resident of Washington, or if the franchised business will be located or operated in Washington. Therefore, if a franchisee meets any of these conditions, the Washington Addendum will be legally binding and will take precedence over any conflicting terms in the standard franchise agreement.
This ensures that Dryject franchises operating in Washington comply with Washington state laws and regulations. Prospective franchisees in Washington should carefully review the addendum to understand their rights and obligations under Washington law, as these may differ from the standard franchise agreement.
