What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Dryject's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Washington Addendum is an integral part of the franchise agreement. The addendum's provisions are incorporated into, and modify, the Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchise agreement, and all related agreements.
This addendum applies specifically if (a) the offer to sell a Dryject franchise is accepted in Washington, (b) the purchaser of the franchise is a resident of Washington, or (c) the franchised business will be located or operated, wholly or partly, in Washington. This ensures that franchisees operating in Washington are subject to specific legal considerations and protections under Washington state law.
This inclusion means that prospective Dryject franchisees in Washington must carefully review the addendum alongside the standard franchise agreement to understand their rights and obligations fully. The addendum may alter or supersede certain provisions of the standard agreement to comply with Washington law, providing additional clarity and legal certainty for franchisees in that state.
