What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Dryject's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Washington addendum is an integral part of the franchise agreement and modifies the Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchise agreement, and all related agreements. This addendum applies under the following conditions:
First, if the offer to sell a Dryject franchise is accepted in Washington. Second, if the purchaser of the Dryject franchise is a resident of Washington. Third, if the Dryject franchised business that is the subject of the sale is to be located or operated, wholly or partly, in Washington.
These conditions mean that if any of these scenarios are true, the Washington addendum will be in effect, potentially altering the standard terms of the franchise agreement to comply with Washington state law. Prospective franchisees in Washington should carefully review the addendum to understand their rights and obligations under Washington law.
