What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Dryject's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Dryject may periodically re-inspect the facilities and products of any previously approved supplier. If the supplier fails to meet any of Dryject's standards and specifications at any time, Dryject reserves the right to revoke its approval. This ensures that all suppliers meet Dryject's quality and performance criteria consistently.

For a prospective Dryject franchisee, this means that even if a supplier is initially approved, their products and facilities will be subject to ongoing review. If a supplier's performance or quality declines, Dryject can remove them from the approved list. This protects the Dryject brand and ensures that franchisees are using high-quality products and equipment.

Dryject updates its lists of approved suppliers periodically and issues these updated lists to all franchise owners. This process helps maintain standards across the Dryject franchise system. Franchisees should stay informed about these updates to ensure they are only purchasing from currently approved suppliers. This also means that franchisees need to be aware that suppliers they may have been using could be removed if they fail to meet Dryject's standards.
