- (d) Such periodic continuing individual or group advice, consultation and assistance, rendered by personal visit, telephone, electronic transmission, newsletter, brochures, reports or bulletins as We may deem necessary or appropriate.
Such advice, consultation and assistance may include such topics as marketing and advertising, management, maximizing sales and profits, customer service, employee training, vendor relations, operating problems and such other reasonable subjects as may be of interest to You, or in which You may be experiencing problems;
- (e) New products, services, equipment or technologies, as they are located or developed in the marketplace, which may be tested and evaluated by Us, and, if they meet Our System Standards, are made available to all DryJect franchisees, either through an approved supplier or by Us directly;

Based on the 2025 Dryject Franchise Disclosure Document, Dryject may offer franchisees periodic continuing individual or group advice, consultation, and assistance. This support can be delivered through various means such as personal visits, telephone calls, electronic transmissions, newsletters, brochures, reports, or bulletins, as deemed necessary or appropriate by Dryject.
This advice and assistance can cover a range of topics relevant to the franchisee's business. These topics include marketing and advertising strategies, management techniques, methods for maximizing sales and profits, customer service protocols, employee training programs, vendor relations, and solutions to operating problems. Dryject may also provide guidance on other subjects that are of interest to the franchisee or areas where the franchisee is encountering difficulties.
Furthermore, Dryject may test and evaluate new products, services, equipment, or technologies as they emerge or are developed in the marketplace. If these innovations meet Dryject's System Standards, they may be made available to all Dryject franchisees. These resources can be provided either through approved suppliers or directly by Dryject.
