What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to DryJect's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, DryJect retains the right to assess whether a franchisee is adhering to the required System Standards. These standards are put in place to protect DryJect's interests in its system and trademarks, rather than to exert control over aspects of the business that are reserved for the franchisee's management.

The Operations Manual contains both mandatory System Standards and additional guidelines or recommendations. Franchisees have the option to either follow these recommendations or guidelines or implement a suitable alternative, as long as they meet and comply with the required System Standards. However, in some cases, there may not be a suitable alternative to the standards set by DryJect.

DryJect's ability to determine compliance with System Standards and the suitability of any alternatives is crucial for maintaining the integrity and uniformity of the DryJect franchise system. This ensures that all franchisees operate under a consistent set of standards that uphold the brand's reputation and quality. Franchisees must adhere to the directives outlined in the Operations Manual, as it may be updated by DryJect, to protect the overall system's integrity.
