What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Dryject Franchise Disclosure Document, Dryject can delay the opening of a franchised business if designated individuals fail to satisfactorily complete the mandatory initial training program. The FDD specifies that if the franchisee, key employees, management persons, or individuals owning 20% or more interest in the franchisee entity fail to complete the training program to Dryject's satisfaction, Dryject reserves the right to extend the training program.
Satisfactory completion of all mandatory training sessions is a requirement, and failure to meet this requirement constitutes a breach of the Franchise Agreement. The initial training program lasts approximately four days and must be completed before the scheduled opening of the franchised business.
This condition is significant for prospective franchisees as it emphasizes the importance of thorough preparation and training. Franchisees should ensure that they and their designated personnel are committed to completing the training program successfully to avoid potential delays in opening their Dryject franchise and potential breaches of the franchise agreement.
