What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Dryject's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, any conditional waiver granted by Dryject is subject to continuing review. This means Dryject can monitor the situation even after granting the waiver.

Dryject can revoke a conditional waiver for any reason. The revocation becomes effective once the franchisee receives a ten (10) days prior written notice. This short notice period means franchisees need to be prepared for potential changes in Dryject's stance on a previously waived condition.

The revocation of a conditional waiver does not negatively impact any other rights Dryject may have. This clause protects Dryject's broader legal standing, ensuring that revoking a specific waiver does not limit their ability to pursue other remedies or enforce other aspects of the franchise agreement.
