What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Dryject's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Dryject may offer additional training programs, workshops, and seminars to franchisees and may require franchisees or their employees to attend these programs. If Dryject requires attendance, the program will be provided at no cost to the franchisee. However, the franchisee will be responsible for covering the travel, hotel, and other related expenses for each attendee.

For any training program where attendance is optional, Dryject reserves the right to require the payment of a training fee. The amount of this fee will be determined by Dryject. This means that franchisees have to pay if they choose to participate in optional training programs.

This policy is fairly standard in the franchise industry, where franchisors often provide both mandatory and optional training. Mandatory training ensures brand consistency and operational standards are met, while optional training allows franchisees to further develop their skills or learn about new products or services. The cost structure, where franchisees cover travel expenses for required training but may pay a fee for optional training, is also common.
