What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to DryJect's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the DryJect Internet Website, which is maintained to enhance goodwill and attract customers, may not always be accessible. The document states that the website is generally available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. However, there are specific exceptions to this continuous availability.
The DryJect website may be inaccessible during scheduled maintenance, updates, changes, or required repairs. Additionally, the website could experience loss or interruption due to circumstances beyond DryJect's control or those not reasonably foreseeable. These include interruptions or failures of telecommunication or digital transmission links, as well as general Internet slowdowns or failures.
DryJect also disclaims liability for unauthorized access, alteration, theft, or destruction of the DryJect Internet Website, or franchisee data files, programs, or information resulting from accident, fraudulent means, or devices. This means that franchisees bear some risk related to data security and website integrity. Prospective franchisees should consider these potential disruptions and security risks when evaluating the DryJect franchise opportunity.
